About this Garden Plan

A backyard garden for two people. Some containers are used where we cannot plant in the ground. Fenced on the southwest corner and the west side with a wicker fence. Small hoop house on the north side (great windbreak).

For best yields, pick every 2-3 days. Harvest when still pencil thin, the pods snap when bent & before the seeds have filled out inside. Chop into 2-3" pieces & quickly stir-fry or saute. Deep-fry tempura style.
