Plan Notes

Hi Gail and Howard, I was able to accomodate all of your selected veggies in your 4X8 foot raised bed. We did confirm you would prefer sweet potatoes (yams) over red/white potatoes and as you see are incorporated in the Spring garden. Also I selcted the snap peas over the snow peas as both will not fit on the vertical trellis. All of your other choices are on the crop plan above. Great choices! Please be advised both the Kale and sweet potatoes will need to be in the garden into the Fall.We will teach you how to harvest both so you will get a continued supply over the 2015 season. We will be sending out the summer crop menu to you in a few weeks where you can select the popular summer crops.I will be setting up an appointment with you shortly to review your ideal site for the garden. I can't belive we will be installing your garden in a few short months. Look forward to meeting you both. Any issues or concerns with your Spring Garden plan, email me at ealbright@yard2kitchen.com.
