Plan Notes

Continued with the orange construction barrier for wind control. This method reduced wind issue last year to roughly 50%. Constructed two 41" x 96" visqueen pvc tents as experiment for early starts. These worked so well that we will construct two more for next spring. These were engineered to be stackable when not in use. 8-15-15 Update: Been very busy with off property work projects, helping friend update their house, preparing it for sale. Staying ahead of garden weeds and tasks, but only barely. ( smile ) Somewhat disappointed with how the garden in doing this year. Warm dry and windy weather this year along with not being present as much as last year is more than likely the reason. It is doubtfull we will be able to can the quantity of tomatos this year as we were hoping to increase tomato crop. Oh well, I guess it is all part of growing up. ( smile )
