Trialing several kinds of yellow tomatoes this year. Most veggie varieties are for long term storage. This includes, pickling, drying, canning and root cellering. Some medicinals are included. (calendula, peanuts and garlic). Calendula for skin care, garlic for immune system and peanuts for resveratrol. Also inclued are 2 wolf berries (fruit bush on plan). Slicing cukes are grown up trellis behind cabbage, pickling cukes grown up trellis behind asparagus. First year for asparagus so there should be room this year. Next year will have to find somewhere else to grow cukes. Trialing 5 different kinds of dry beans, will save seed for the varieties that are easy, prolific and tasty. Trialing 8 different types of hot peppers. Will save seed from the kinds we like.
