Plan Notes

I planted onions from seed putting three seeds in 20 peat pots, germinating them in the dark and then planting the pots without thinning in hopes that the onions will push away from each other as they grow. I started the BurpeeOnion seeds on my birthday1/16/12. Marilyn and I started seeds in early March. we started tomatoes, peppers, sun flower, basel, parsley and all sorts of flowers including Zinnia, Marigolds. I ordered four yards of compost loam mix from Pollios.I will use it for the raised bed and to set up a new garden for my buleberries and possibly a strawberry patch. I want to use local lumber for a raised bed section of my garden. I got a name of a local saw mill in Stoughton?Brockton just off rte 27 near the Hess Gas station and CVS. I ordered 3"x 10"x 12' planks to create the raised bed. I have asked Fred to cut down 10 oak trees that are shading the garden. Davy may take some of the firewood. Fred and David cut down six trees. I had Chris of New England Tree cut down the remaining four @ $1,200.
