March 15 - 26 : Early potatoes, onions, garlic, kohl rabi, Savoy cabbage. Sown : peas, broad beans, parsnip April 1 - 9 : Pointed cabbage, PSB, French beans April 7 : garden beds : sown Chard, squash, runner beans. Planted PSB , beetroot , mangetout. April 14 : early potatoes appeared. April 19 : sown carrots, planted french beans, sweetcorn, turnips, sprouts May 15 : Runner beans plants transplanted. 1st French beans failed. Kohl Rabi harvested in garden and allotment. Kale eaten by deer/rabbits. May 20 : New french beans sown in greenhouse. May 28 : Mangetout harvest begins. June 8: Broad beans damaged by wind. Start of slug damage. First jazzy lifted. June 20 : Jazzy 1.5 rows 200+ potatoes. Broad beans. Some carrots thinned.
